Ready-Made:

All ready-made items will be shipped within 3 business days. 

Made-to-Order/Custom:

Custom and made-to-order pieces take love, care, and, most importantly, time. Made-to-order pieces will have information about shipping times in their product description.

Rates + Methods:

Kitty Badhands offers free ground shipping on All Domestic USA orders and free ground shipping on all Canada orders over $300. 

Express Orders (USA): 

We offer various shipping services at checkout. (calculated and displayed at checkout).

Canada Orders:

For orders under $300 and express or overnight shipping, we offer discounted calculated shipping rates through UPS and DHL (calculated and displayed at checkout).

International Orders:

We offer discounted calculated shipping rates through DHL and UPS (calculated and displayed at checkout).

Provide-Your-OwnQuilt:

We only offer PYOQ custom orders to customers in the USA and Canada. ALL orders where you provide your own material will ship within 4-6 weeks of us having received your material unless otherwise discussed during our consultation. Shipping your quilt/material to us is the customer's responsibility, but the finished product will be ground shipped back for free.
